WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Dubbo Regional Alarms Warranty Terms:
Dubbo Regional Alarms provides the following warranty terms for all supplied security and related equipment installed by our technicians:
1. Coverage - All security equipment installed by Dubbo Regional Alarms technicians on the date of receipt is covered under warranty.
2. Customer Supplied Equipment - Equipment supplied by the customer and installed by our installer is covered by an installation warranty only. Any faulty customer-supplied items are the responsibility of the customer. A fee may apply if our installer needs to return to remove or reinstall customer-supplied equipment.
3. Exclusions - The warranty does not cover any leads provided or installed to connect the system to the Internet.
4. Duration - The warranty period begins from the date of receipt as specified on the receipt. If no period is specified, the warranty extends for 12 months from the date of receipt.
5. Limitations - Dubbo Regional Alarms is not liable for network issues, external influences, changes to the NBN, or similar factors affecting any given area. A fee may apply if our installer needs to return to rectify any issues caused after installation.
6. Usage and Third-Party Work - The warranty does not cover incorrect use of the security system or work performed by anyone other than a Dubbo Regional Alarms technician.
7. Additional Services - Resetting apps and passwords on new devices is considered a chargeable service call. If this can be done remotely, a remote service fee will be charged.
8. Rectification - Dubbo Regional Alarms reserves the right to rectify any property damage or faulty security equipment within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Liability - Beyond this warranty, Dubbo Regional Alarms' liability is limited to repairing damages or the value thereof.
10. Service Timeline - We aim to dispatch a technician to your premises within 7 days of a warranty claim.
11. Ownership - All stock remains the property of Dubbo Regional Alarms until the total invoice amount is paid in full.
12. Debt Collection - In case of overdue accounts referred to a debt collection agency, the client named on the invoice is liable for any associated collection costs.
13. Overdue or Unpaid Accounts - Dubbo Regional Alarms reserves the right to electronically alter any security system that has an overdue or unpaid account against until such time is paid in full. Reconnection of services will incur an additional fee.
